Management Transition

New management team transition

A family business wanted to successfully transition to the second generation management team, allowing the original owners to retire. We worked with the new team to fully understand the business models at play today, develop ideas for the future, create a transition plan and sensibly manage business risks. By supporting the team to collaboratively develop a new strategy, we proactively strengthened their strategy and leadership skills and worked together to agree their own management style. As a result, the owners were able to retire with confidence that the business was in good hands.
