We are passionate about great technology. Used wisely, it has the power to both drive innovation and build capability. We bring technical expertise.
Partners in value
Together we’re stronger. We partner with you to reach your desired outcomes and deliver real, measurable value. No day rates, just agreed objectives.
We’re not your ‘typical’ consultants
We’ve been told by several clients that they wouldn’t normally hire consultants but they’re glad they hired us. They tell us that we’re different.
We understand hiring outside support can be daunting. We know some people have had a bad experience with consultants. You may fear being told what to do or being given an ‘answer’ that has little connection to the day-to-day realities of your organisation. Perhaps you’re worried about being intimidated by expensive suits, management jargon and death by PowerPoint.
Our approach is collaborative, inclusive, caring and facilitatory. You know your organisation better than anyone, so we work alongside you to listen, engage and involve. We aim to be friendly, warm and relatable.
As a husband and wife team, we don’t always agree; our experience is that this gives teams permission to disagree, while simultaneously modelling healthy approaches to conflict resolution. We don’t shy away from difficult conversations but always seek to understand.
We’re passionate about your organisation and creating the value you desire. We offer fixed pricing, rather than day rates. At the end of the day, we all want to deliver a great outcome and it’s our joint responsibility to ensure this is achieved.
Our intention is always to empower you and your team. We bring in-depth knowledge and the latest thinking, but design it to be accessible and matched to your needs. We help you to structure your own thinking and deliver realistic outcomes for yourselves.
